So It Is Sunday

I have certainly been a lazy slug today. Just no motivation, energy or will power to get up and get going. I guess last week was more taxing on the brain than I thought. Just a few days left of training and then we will be up and running (said with fingers crossed) on our new EMR. Can't wait till it is running smoothly and all those wonderful Medicare reports that I have to do monthly by hand should be available with a click of the button yahoo!!!
Yesterday Kim and I headed to Mystic Paper. I dropped my apron off and we caught up with Kim J and a brief howdy with Jennifer. Carlene was in so was able to visit with her. Judy B was also hanging out and it has been a long time since Ihad seen her. It was nice to catch up. From Mystic it was to Sweetcakes for lunch. Yummy pecan chicken salad and a lemon bar. Then it was off for a amarthon of ribbon, lace and trims buying escapade with Kim. Hmmm I may have to rethink who can spend more Kim>Colleen. I think Kim won this one. Of course I managed to pick up some beautiful laces too.
Then home we headed. I pretty much was a bum the rest of the evening:)
Today I have tried really hard to accomplish something. I finished packing Easter goodies, worked on a mini album and sat and sat and sat. Did drag myself to the grocery store only because I was out of Diet Pepsi. Otherwise no I wouldn't have even gone there.
So as you can see I am truly having a day of rest

I joined an ATC Easter Swap with Sandy of Her Vintage Sage. I was so excited to get them in the mail Saturday. They are beautiful ATC's

Working on some little Easter goodies for my staff and my kids and grand kids
Susan Kueter has a fun blog with lots of good ideas for layouts, cards and a cute Easter project. So you can see where my Easter bunnies originated from Check out her blog at Scrappy Land
Here is my work station set up ready to make more

and here are my little bunnies. I didn't have the QK dies so I used my Stampin Up punches and my cricut for the ears. I think they turned out pretty good

So I guess I should get off my behind and finish the laundry and maybe clean a bit or not.
My sister arrives home in Iowa from a month in Florida bet she is just going to love the cold weather back in Iowa.
Have a great week everyone

You had my favorite lunch...chicken pecan salad sandwich and lemon bar at Sweetcakes! I may just show up one of these days on your doorstep on a Saturday to join you, Kim & Colleen on one of your Saturday expeditions! Take Care!

It was great to see you, too, Sherry. Always good to catch up, share blog information, and see what you are up to these days.

I love these little treats you are making for everyone! Just too darn cute!
